The Counseling Center is here to help you gain skills and resources to better manage your stress. We currently have a series called Feel Better Fast! This series will teach you valuable skills that will make a big difference quick. Feel Better Fast meets during the Fall and Spring semesters once a week for 4 weeks.
Group times are:
- Monday, 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday, 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
You can join Feel Better Fast at any time. If you are interested, call the Counseling Center at 865-974-2196 or come in to sign up for the series. It’s easy, it’s fast, and you’ll feel better!
Stress Management Clinic
In addition to the Feel better Fast workshop series, students may sign-up to use our Biofeedback rooms or Meditation space. Mindfulness Medication classes called KORU Mindfulness will be forming soon and many students are finding “mindset training” thorough mindfulness practice a particularly helpful tool in managing the demands of collegiate life.
