Or is it test anxiety that takes the best out of you? No matter where your stress is coming from, you are not alone. Come to the Stress and Wellness Clinic, a Counseling Center sponsored program designed to address students’ difficulties related to stress. Its purpose is to improve and promote well-being of UT students through services focused on development of stress management and general coping skills.
