Many students, especially those new to receiving therapy, may think that individual treatment is the only option for them. However, people who participate in group therapy report as good or better outcomes from their treatment. The group experience is rich and engaging. Also, while individual treatment has session limits, group does not! Check out our group offerings and see what might be right for you. You can schedule a group screening – a time with the therapist to find out more about how the group may fit your needs – by scheduling an initial assessment or coming to walk in hours.
In order to enhance the convenience of moving around campus, UT provides a shuttle service. UT students, faculty, and staff ride free on all T services with a UT I.D.
